Benefits Open Enrollment for Dominion Energy Southeast Energy Group is Oct. 2-18, 2019. You will need to actively enroll online through PeopleSoft by 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2019.

Changes for 2020

  • There will be a slight rate increase for medical plan premiums, ranging from $.28 - $1.73 bi-weekly, depending on your level of coverage.
  • Optum Rx will become BlueCross BlueShield's' prescription drug benefit manager.
  • New ID cards will be issued in December to replace the current card.

Short-term and long-term disability or life insurance STD, LTD, and life insurance at existing level of coverage

You MUST actively enroll if you want to:

  • Provide coverage for your spouse who does not have access to other employer-sponsored group medical coverage
  • Change your level of coverage for any benefit
  • Waive Coverage
  • Establish your payroll deductions for HSA or FSA
  • Change elections for short-term disability, long-term disability or life insurance
  • Authorize the opening of an HSA with HSA Bank and receive seed money (if you don't already have an account)
  • Receive seed money by confirming your eligibility to contribute to an HSA in 2019
  • Enroll in a dependant care FSA (regardless of your medical coverage) or health care FSA (only if you do not plan to contribute to an HSA in 2019)
